We are scientists with expertise in understanding how and why people make decisions and enact behaviours and in developing effective ways to influence better decisions or desirable behaviours. Our careers have been devoted to using science for practical purposes, seeking ways to benefit health and social care organizations and the patients and clients they serve.
Our mission is to apply implementation science to achieve positive impact for broad populations. We are driven to improve health and social care in a way that sustainably and reliably benefits those who need it most, ensuring that people have equitable access to the right services at the right time.
We launched E2I Consulting to partner with organizations with a mission aligned with ours who could benefit from applying scientific principles to their projects. Such partnerships enable us to pursue sustainable impact at scale. We look forward to working with you to achieve that goal.
Scientific evidence about how to improve health and social care outcomes is moving quickly. Those with the responsibility for implementing programs and achieving organizational goals may struggle to identify what is relevant and apply it to their context.

We close the gap between vision and execution by applying best evidence to help our clients develop and optimize programs that aim to improve health and social care.
We work in partnership with our clients to drive quality transformation. We support our clients in harnessing data, leveraging scientific evidence, and effectively planning, implementing, and evaluating change initiatives to optimize service delivery.
We apply context-specific behavioural insights, harnessing the principles of behavioural psychology, implementation science, quality improvement, and health services research. Since better care and outcomes cannot occur without people changing what they do and how they do it, leveraging insights about how and why humans make decisions in the real-world is the foundation for successful and sustainable problem-solving.
